Breitling is undoubtedly among those brands that have shaped the history of watchmaking. Breitling watches are well known and loved for technical specs, as the brand really was one of the pioneers in the development of the wrist chronograph.
Breitling took part to many great adventures with its time instruments and is still today one of the few manufacturer to certify most of their references as COSC chronometers. This family owned business is also one of the very view remaining independent Swiss watch brands. Congrats.
We are pleased to share with you here a new video from our “Minute of the Expert” series that – you probably got it by now – is dedicated to the iconic Breitling Navitimer.
Without further delay and following our video on the TUDOR Submariner Marine Nationale, here is a video created with love (as always) in which you might happen to learn a thing or two …
You got it if you wen through the whole video, the next episode will be dedicated to the just as famous Tank by Cartier….

What is “The Expert’s minute”?
Simplify watchmaking. What a challenge! There is a story behind every legendary timepiece. What am I saying? There are many stories. Men and women at the origin of incredible initiatives, technical details and progressions you don’t know which way to turn… to make it simple, we are going to try to make you understand in a few minutes the essence of a timepiece without you having to spend hours searching for reliable key information, anecdotes and details sometimes difficult to obtain.
That’s the reason why we have created “The Expert’s minute” project. An idea that turned into reality, which aims to enable anyone to understand the origin and the story behind legendary watches in less than 2 minutes. Yes, “The Experts’ two minutes” didn’t sound just as cool…
So we reached to our good friend and watchmaking expert Romain Réa (Thanks to him!) to share with us (and you) 10 legendary timepieces.
We will have the pleasure to meet with you 2 Thursdays a month for this rendez-vous ! (Not in August though … Please !).
